"Be not afraid of growing slowly — only of standing still"
Chinese proverb

By the time I was 22, my brother had committed suicide, my mother had died of cancer, and my father and I were emotionally estranged. Within a year, I started entertaining thoughts of suicide. Depression, grief, and self-loathing were constant companions.

By my late twenties, I knew I would need to make significant changes if I were to ever find inner peace. I began to examine and transform my attitudes and beliefs. It was a process that would span the next two decades and dramatically change my life.

When I started sharing what I had learned on my own personal healing journey, I began to realize that others were benefitting from my experience and insights. The work we did together was making their own process of growth easier and more effective. I discovered that this was the work that thrilled my soul…working with women and men who truly wanted to make changes in their lives and were willing to do the work it entailed.

I have a firm belief in the concept that we, as human beings, are meant to “hold hands” as we go through life…to support each other, to contribute to each other, to make the path easier for our fellow human. In an effort to do just that, I published my book “What Good Are You Without Your Cheesecake Recipe? A Spiritual Journey Toward Self-Worth.” The book is filled with powerful ideas for making positive, uplfting changes in your life.

After the successful launch of my book, I decided to broaden my knowledge base by working with the Coaches Training Institute (one of the world’s foremost coaching schools). I successfully completed their coach training, then went through a rigorous credentialling program to achieve certification. I now enjoy a thriving business as a certified personal life coach, author, and teacher.

The life I have created thrills my soul. I feel incredibly blessed to be able to assist others in their metamorphosis. What I have learned, both from my own personal experience and from working with clients, is that we each have the ability to change our lives in ways that are nothing short of amazing!

When we partner together, the journey is not only made easier, but more enjoyable and effective as well. We step into being the person we truly desire to be, and we develop the kind of relationship with life that leads to inner peace and joy.  I know it’s possible because I’ve done it. I would love to help you do it also.

Here…hold my hand…we can take the journey together…
